3吸附處理工藝

       吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)作(zuo)用(yong)分為物(wu)(wu)理(li)(li)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)和(he)化(hua)學(xue)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)兩種。物(wu)(wu)理(li)(li)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)主要(yao)是由范德華引力(li)而引起的(de)(de),因(yin)此選擇性(xing)(xing)差。越易液(ye)(ye)化(hua)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體越容(rong)(rong)易被吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu),物(wu)(wu)理(li)(li)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)與氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)化(hua)相(xiang)似,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)熱(re)在(zai)數值上也與冷(leng)凝(ning)熱(re)相(xiang)近,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)看作(zuo)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體在(zai)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)(ji)表面的(de)(de)凝(ning)聚。物(wu)(wu)理(li)(li)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)很(hen)方便地脫(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu),通過(guo)(guo)改變操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)(de)壓力(li)或者(zhe)溫度(du),從而將(jiang)被吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)質脫(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)下(xia)來。化(hua)學(xue)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)是指(zhi)被吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)質在(zai)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)(ji)表面形成化(hua)學(xue)鍵,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)作(zuo)用(yong)選擇性(xing)(xing)強(qiang),吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)熱(re)與化(hua)學(xue)反應熱(re)相(xiang)當,但是脫(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)困難。在(zai)廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)處(chu)理(li)(li)工藝(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),人(ren)們主要(yao)利用(yong)物(wu)(wu)理(li)(li)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)作(zuo)用(yong)。廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)經(jing)阻火器(qi)和(he)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)分布器(qi)進入吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)床,廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)有機(ji)成分被吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)(ji)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu),尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)經(jing)風機(ji)高空排放(fang)。當吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)(ji)接(jie)近飽和(he)后(hou),通入水(shui)蒸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)或其他熱(re)源(yuan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)脫(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu),由于(yu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)富集作(zuo)用(yong),脫(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有機(ji)物(wu)(wu)含(han)量(liang)(liang)比處(chu)理(li)(li)前廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有機(ji)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)濃度(du)大幅度(du)提高,因(yin)此具有一(yi)定的(de)(de)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)價值。脫(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)冷(leng)凝(ning)后(hou)進入分層罐,如(ru)果有機(ji)物(wu)(wu)不溶(rong)(rong)于(yu)水(shui),如(ru)甲苯等則冋收(shou)油層;若(ruo)溶(rong)(rong)于(yu)水(shui),如(ru)乙(yi)醇等則去(qu)溶(rong)(rong)媒回(hui)(hui)收(shou)塔進一(yi)步回(hui)(hui)收(shou)處(chu)理(li)(li)。脫(tuo)(tuo)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)也可(ke)以(yi)(yi)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)催化(hua)燃(ran)燒床(鈀或者(zhe)鉑催化(hua))燃(ran)燒生(sheng)成無(wu)毒的(de)(de)廢氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)排放(fang),燃(ran)燒過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang)加熱(re)解吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)用(yong)熱(re)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。目前,常(chang)用(yong)的(de)(de)活性(xing)(xing)炭和(he)碳纖維吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑(ji)(ji)對常(chang)見的(de)(de)制藥行(xing)業有機(ji)溶(rong)(rong)媒的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)在(zai)100~400g/kg,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)比較大,如(ru)果設計合(he)理(li)(li),吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)后(hou)尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有機(ji)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)含(han)量(liang)(liang)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)控制在(zai)100mg/m3以(yi)(yi)下(xia),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)實現達(da)標排放(fang)。
